Colonial Downs Virginia Welcome to Colonial Downs Online. We are also proud to welcome the Breeders Crown to Virginia during our Fall Harness Meet in November. Thoroughbreds are scheduled to return in September, when we debut our new turf course, the largest in North America. We also continue to bring you the best racing from around the country via Simulcasting. Our two satellite wagering facilities in Richmond and Chesapeake are open seven days a week from 11 am to 11 p.m. Visit our two newest facilities in Hampton and Brunswick.
