All profits are retained by the state lottery and are used to fund projects approved by the state legislatures.

The aelle Home Page    The European Association of State Lotteries and Lottos (AELLE) is an association under Swiss law, which has its seat in Lausanne, Switzerland. The European Association of State Lotteries and Lottos was founded on November 29, 1983 in Montreux, Switzerland. The AELLE is made up of 47 State Lotteries and Lottos which are regular members (State Lotteries) as well as of 7 regular observer members (Lotteries) and 38 associate members (Lottery suppliers).
